This project consisted of two full-gut rehabilitations creating three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath family rental homes. The redevelopment eliminated the last remaining blighted properties on the street, significantly improving neighborhood conditions. Each home was modernized to meet current building standards while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding community. The project contributes to stable, quality housing for families in the area. Schreiber Brothers served as the developer and owner of the properties.
