The project involved the historic restoration of a 1770s-era house, adaptively reused and converted into a commercial property. In partnership with the local community association, the development also included construction of the Reisterstown Welcome Center to serve residents and visitors. The completed building comprises five office tenants and a 2,000-square-foot coffee shop, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination. The 4,500-square-foot project was completed with a total development cost of $450,000, supported by federal, state, and county historic tax credits. Schreiber Brothers served as the developer, owner, and general contractor for the project.
