This project is a mixed-use historic adaptive reuse that combines the corporate headquarters of a large homeless services agency with 90 units of affordable housing for individuals formerly experiencing homelessness. The development encompasses approximately 70,000 square feet and represents a total investment of $40 million. Financing includes Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and the Federal Historic Tax Credit. Schreiber Brothers is serving as the development consultant, providing strategic oversight and technical expertise. The project was under construction as of the fourth quarter of 2024.
