Beacon House Square is a mixed-use historic adaptive reuse that combines the corporate headquarters of a large homeless services agency (Project PLASE) with 90 units of affordable housing for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. The development encompasses approximately 70,000 square feet and represents a total investment of over $40 million. Financing includes Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and the Federal Historic Tax Credit. Schreiber Brothers served as the development consultant, providing strategic oversight and technical expertise. The project opened in August 2026.
