Schreiber Brothers Project Management (SBPM)

SBPM is Schreiber Brothers’ development consulting division. We serve in various capacities, as
determined by the clients’ needs. From renovating and leading the city approvals process to
stand up a new homeless shelter and its offices in just two months, to managing a $10 million
zero-energy rowhouse renovation project, we handle everything “soup to nuts”. We can serve
simply as owner’s rep, but we have traditionally worked with nonprofits to build out their
project proforma and capital stack; identify potential GCs and consultants; lead design,
engineering, and bidding; manage construction; and lead the lease-up and sales process To
date we have served as third-party consultant or project manager on over $50 million in
development projects.

Schreiber Brothers Development (SBD)

SBD is Schreiber Brothers’ development arm. We carefully select distressed properties (e.g.,
vacant homes, historic buildings, corner stores, mixed-use buildings) and bring them back into
productive use through the strategic application of capital and human resources.  We specialize
in providing scatter-site affordable rental housing and home ownership opportunities for low-
income individuals and families, including multi-family and mixed-use projects. To date we have
completed over $10 million as owner/developer, with another $15 million in predevelopment.
